Grounding looks different to everyone.
Some people feel most grounded at home, with their loved ones.
Others feel most grounded in new experiences in nature, a new mountain to climb.
Others think grounding applies to our every day moments in life, our health, our vitality, our happiness.
Some people just take off their shoes and feel the dirt and grass between their toes.

If you practice meditation or yoga often, you may already know that these practices are much stronger when they have an intention attached.
In order to get the most out of grounding, you must approach it with intention and focus.
Our bodies are highly intelligent creations, and if we allow our minds and spirits to get out of the body’s way, our frequencies will align with nature’s and incredible healing will take place.
Just as a tree grows without thinking about it, our bodies can recover, build strength, and create space for healing.
We must simply grant them the love, compassion, and connection to do that. .
