Day 6 of #AloBoutGrounding brings us to #Virabhadrasana also known as Warrior Pose.
.

One of my favorite senses of grounding is grounding meditation during my yoga practice.
Essentially, for me, the practice consists of a complete focus on my connection to the Earth and my gratitude for her and everything she does.
Like all meditation, your mind will wander and you may find yourself thinking about something else, but the key is to let the thoughts go out as quickly as they came in.
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, in Tadasana, feel every piece of your weight connected to the Earth.
Let the Energy of the Earth guide your movements.
If we surrender to the Earth’s intelligence, we can rise up, rooted like trees.
Instead, we usually choose to entangle ourselves in knots of our own making.
Make the conscious choice for yourself.
Feel your connection to the Earth.
Notice how the earth hugs you and has ALWAYS been there to support you. .
