In Japanese there is a concept “Kotodama” which means “words are an expression of your soul”. Every thought has a vibration and the specific way you articulate these thoughts has a vibration. How you think and speak to people and allow people to speak to you affects your mind, body and soul.
Love and kindness heals people and the world. It’s what keeps us together and keeps us healthy.
If your mind is unhealthy then most likely at some point your body will reach a state of dis-ease. If you send negative energy out to the people around you, you might find that it boomerangs back to you.
Be kind today… to others, but also to yourself. Know when to speak up, when to be silent, and when to walk away. I love you and I’m here for you 💛💫✨
