The label placed on meditation is silly.
We don’t have to be seated on a pillow with our hands in a specific position on the tops of our knees listening to or repeating chants.
Drop any label or notion that you have placed on meditation.
What helps you relax?
What helps you clear your mind?
What gets you into that space of mind where you can really dive deep into yourself?
Dive deep into your life?
Dive deep into what needs attention the most?
Drop any sort of label or notion that has been created for you by society, family members, friends, yourself or past relationships?
For me, that is many different poses, but totally headstand. 🙃💕
