Day 9 of #AloBoutMantras
I am one with humanity.
During my yoga practice this morning, I had entered final savasana and as I was laying there, I began to feel myself back in savasana in Costa Rica, feeling the energy, the love radiating around me. I imagined maybe one of those souls is teaching a class somewhere in the world, or maybe they are laying in Savasana. Even if they aren’t, someone out there is. They are here, in this moment, in this space, we are one. As we always are.
Then I began to think about how warm it feels to be adjusted in savasana. How someone out there is feeling this warm love.
Suddenly my little shaman, magical healer kitty, MurLow comes up on my right side and begins kissing my face. Rubbing his face all over the corners and cracks of mine. He covered every inch of my face, before sitting on my other side and repeating.
This guy can be found in my story today. 😻
He’s always been such a healer to me. Such a lover. Such a light.
He’s always been one with me, in any moment.
He has picked me up and saved me so many times. Kissed the tears off my face for me.
We are one with all life, not just humanity. .
