This year has been full of so many different beautiful experiences and places.
I have met so many new friends, and shared stories with hundreds of beautiful souls all around the world.
This year my Instagram grew from 500 followers to almost 24 thousand.
I have met people who feel like I have known them for a lifetime.
I have made lifelong connections and life changing growth.
I can now do #pinchamayurasana safely with my permanent T6 compression fracture!!! I started meditating at least 30 minutes EVERY day.
I opened a yoga studio.
I planned and cohosted my first @aloyoga challenge, an honor of a lifetime.
I led yoga classes in Belize.
I moved into a new town.
I got married.
I started going to hypnotherapy to finally allow myself to HEAL.
So many beautiful memories.
So much growth.
So much expansion of my soul I didn’t expect.
I can’t wait to see what next year has in store. .
