Anjaneyasana with a backbend —
In our healing today, we will call upon Anjaneya, who was considered to be the reincarnation of Lord Shiva.
Shiva was known as the “destroyer of evil and the transformer.” With this asana, and our process of ridding our own lives of evil, of any transformers that may be altering the positive energy that so deeply belongs to us, we call upon Anjaneya and Shiva to help us find healthy ways to stay strong and productive throughout ourr journeys, and our battles.
The backbend is added to display the amount of flexibility you may need to work out the negativity from your life. Things in your life are changing now, be ready to adapt. 💚💪🏼🔮😌
