This morning a little after sunrise, I did the Loving Kindness meditation with @dylanwerneryoga in his Sound Into Silence series on @alo.moves
During this meditation, I couldn’t help but focusing on myself and those affected the most by my mom’s suicide, then my heart became increasingly aware of all of the heavy souls that shared their stories of grief with me.
May you all find love.
May you find peace.
May you find comfort and ease.
May you ALL feel free from suffering. .

It’s so amazing for when you’re traveling (like me) to places you get zero reception. .
