The other day I was trying so many new things in the studio! Most of which involving my Wonder Wheel from @yogabody 💜

Suddenly the music began to make my body randomly try doing Flow Wave for the very first time ever (inspired by @life_of_fee) 🌀🌊
Tons of fun, and incredible for muscle awareness, but also incredibly just for letting go and flowing free. .
