is looking for a savior,
To see the proof and silent truth,
just take a look at nature.
A single solitary flower,
is as beautiful alone.
A meadow full is pleasurable,
but each grows on its own.
Caterpillars are companionless,
as they retire to their cocoons.
No one bears witness,
and regardless, still they bloom.
With space and time,
they become their best.
With grace, redefined,
just being, they are blessed. —

@yoga_supqueen wasn’t kidding when she said she saw this tricky forward fold floating around.
Not only is it tricky, but it makes me literally feel like I’m floating! Balancing on one foot while ever so slightly using your fingertips to “float” while gripping your other foot. 😇😝
