This morning I woke up before sunrise (I always do, I dunno, I can’t help it) but today was different only because I woke up with a deep sadness in my soul. I miss my mom.
I had dreams about her all night.
What do you think about dreams?
Do you think they are a piece of a reality somewhere?
Do you think they are images projected by your subconscious for specific reasons?
I have lots of different opinions on dreams. .

Charlie could tell I was feeling upset, so we talked it out, and I did a restorative flow of bed yoga, then I got out the yoga towels and Charlie recorded this video I wanted to create for you all. ❤️ Day 8 of #NamastayOhm brings us to restorative yoga. 💗
Restorative yoga has always played such a large role in my life.
When I broke my back in 2017, I blame restorative yoga and the power of the human mind for granting me the strength to walk again WAY sooner than the doctors said I would.
Anytime I am feeling anxiety or depression creep on, I blame restorative (and vinyasa) yoga for bringing me back to my breath, and my worth.
Anytime I feel sore, sick, or period pains, I blame restorative yoga for helping me feel human again. 💗
