Day 12 of #SummerLovinYoga is a seated pose and it’s the last day 😭
This challenge was simply perfect for all of my outdoor practice 🤗😍🌞, which has recently turned into hot yoga since it’s been 100° and over lately.😅 My hips were still beyond tight today, so I decided to focus on hip openers again with my practice this morning.
The first thing I did this morning was press play on my “Yoga & Chill” playlist on Spotify then take the blanket off of me, and do an awful lot of bed yoga. A LOT of hip openers, heart openers, core engagements. — This challenge brought me to so many gorgeous souls and their practice. My favorite part about these challenges is how many new souls I get to meet.
