Happy #TutorialTuesday 🤗🤓🤸🏽♀️ 📚 📷 🧘🏽♀️ Yesterday I ran a poll on my IG story asking what tutorial you would rather see— infinity pose was the winner! .
The first time I heard this pose name was during one of the first #igyogachallenges I participated in.
I read the pose name and had no idea what it could be, finally saw the the hosts share the pose and said “oooooh that does look like an infinity symbol!”
.
Depending on the level of flexibility you are at, this pose will look different.
When I first tried to achieve this asana, I told my husband and trusty photographer, “Okay, I’m going to get into compass pose… then fall over, and like, try to lift up.” 🤣 now you can see this is much different, through knowledge we can change our practice, just as we can change ourselves, and our lives.
Our asana practice is always evolving and growing with us. .
